How do I participate?

  1. Register in the Indie Showcase
  2. Work hard and prepare your game for the big day
  3. Be open, friendly, and present your game to the attendees of Game Access ‘25
  4. The attendees and the jury will be able to vote for your game all day during the 6th and half day during the 7th of June
  5. Go see the Indie Awards ceremony and get ready to come up on stage when you win!

Awards

If you win the Best Game award, you will receive 50 000 CZK (about 2000 EUR/USD) along with an award statue and a certificate.

The winners of Best Art and Best Gameplay will receive an award statue and a certificate.

Winners will be determined by a combination of public and jury votes.

The jury votes will be cast by a panel of industry experts, including some of this year's speakers.

Public votes can be cast by any attendee of the Conference. The mechanics of how to do so will be revealed in the weeks before Game Access. And yes, you can vote for yourself!

We will announce the winners during the Indie Awards ceremony, which will happen at the end of June 7th.

Make sure to be there so you can receive your prize!

Technically, yes, but it has yet to happen. Maybe you'll be the first!

Participation

First off, you have to attend the Indie Showcase and deliver a playable game.

Second, we would like to ask you to send us a trailer for your game. You can do so in the Indie registration form, or send it to us at a later date via email. It doesn't have to be long, even 15 seconds of gameplay footage is enough. This is so we can present your game on the big screen during the Indie Awards if you win.

Of course! All games participating in the Indie Showcase are eligible for the Indie Awards.
